Cerne Abbas Mature Cheddar is specially selected for its crunchiness due to the salt crystals formed over maturation of at least 18 months.

Marksbury is a traditional cloth wrapped cheddar, made on the farm in Somerset and matured for at least 18 months and up to 24 months. Selected by the Oxford Cheese Company for it’s flavour, the fully matured cheese develops a very strong sharp tang which together with it’s creamy consistency proves very popular with people who like a strong cheese.
